1. Service Description
Neuronov AI chat is a mobile application that provides access to AI-powered tools, educational materials, short lessons and features for creating, editing and improving text, ideas, images and other content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the application. If you use the application on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Account and Access
Some features may require an account, subscription or in-app purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features, subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store. Subscription management, cancellation and refunds are handled according to Apple’s rules and your Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the application to:
- violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe the rights, privacy or intellectual property of others;
- create or distribute harmful, abusive, deceptive or illegal content;

- use the service in a way that may damage, overload or impair its operation.
6. AI-Generated Content
The application may generate content using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any output before relying on it or sharing it.

7. User Content
You are responsible for the text, images, prompts and other materials you submit to the application. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and submit such content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the application after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
